Mekane knedle za supu, odlične u dane posta ili ako ne konzumirate jaja.
Sastojci i priprema:
- 200 gr. pšeničnog griza
- 2 kašike brašna
- 1 kašika ulja
- 1 kašičica kurkume (ne mora, dodajem samo zbog boje)
- 2 prstohvata soli
- 200 ml. vode
Stavite supu ili čorbu da kuva i odmah pripremite knedle jer je potrebno da malo odstoje.
Izmešajte sve suve sastojke pa dodajte vodu malo po malo jer smesa treba da bude ni previše gusta a ni retka (video). Kad su odstojale kašičicom spuštajte u supu koja još kuva. Kuvajte ih oko 10-15 minuta i poslužite vašu posnu supu. Prijatno.
