Ukusni i mirisni kolač po dobrom starom i proverenom receptu. Od ove mere dobije se oko 100 komada bakinog kolača, može da stoji dugo.

Sastojci i priprema:
- 900 gr. brašna
- 4 veća jaja
- 200 ml. mleka
- 400 gr. šećera
- 1 vanilin šećer (može i dva)
- 1 prašak za pecivo
- korica limuna ili pomorandže (daje lepu aromu)
Rastopite margarin i ostavite da se prohladi, dovoljno da bude mlak. Izmešajte brašno i prašak za pecivo. Žicom umutite jaja sa vanilom, šećerom, dodajte mleko, rastopljen margarin, puter ili mast (ako je mast stavite 200 gr.). Umešajte brašno, testo treba da je kremasto i bez grudvica, ja ga mešam varjačom.
Aparat za bakin kolač zagrejte na četvrti stepen, mada sam ja pred kraj pekla na petici da ubrzam. Kada lampica pokaže da je ugrejano na sredinu sipajte 2 kašike testa, poklopite i par sekundi držite poklopac pritisnut jer od praška za pecivo kolač počne da raste pa se ne raširi po celom kalupu.
Pecite 2 - 3 minute, zavisi jel volite hrskavije ili mekše. Pečene vadite na tacnu i nastavljite dalje da pečete. Ako se umorite zaposlite i ukućane kao ja :D....i to je to. Prijatno!
