Ukusno i brzo od jednostavnih sastojaka, ide uz sve, uz meso, rizu, pire..
Sastojci i priprema:
- 300 gr. sampinjona (ili druga vrsta pecuraka)
- 3 cena belog luka
- 300 ml. mleka
- 30 ml. ulja
- 1 kasika skroba ili brasna
- malo ljute ili slatke paprike (sveza ili suva)
- persunovo lisce
- so
- biber
Iseckati sampinjone i beli luk, papriku. Isprziti kratko na ulju, dodati mleko i skrob. Promesati pa dodati ostale zacine. Krckati desetak minuta uz mesanje. Ako volite mozete posluziti uz pavlaku i limun.
